- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders, as displayed on our website.
- If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and shown during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation via Email or SMS.
- A tracking number and courier details to monitor your shipment.
You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status on the courier partner's website.

Jewelhighs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the package cannot be delivered after the maximum number of attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the order may be returned to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
8. Delayed Delivery

We will coordinate with the courier partner to locate your shipment and provide a suitable resolution if it is confirmed lost in transit.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Jewelhighs ships only within India.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
