Thank you for shopping with Jewelhighs. We strive to provide high-quality artificial jewellery and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund, depending on product availability.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request.
  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another approved method after verifying your bank details.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If eligible, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

8. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Jewelhighs will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The returned product is used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • The return request is made after the specified return period.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging, tags, or invoice.
  • The issue arises from normal wear and tear or improper product care.
